The participant who accumulates the highest points by generating sales via their HercuList affiliate pages will be awarded cash bonuses!

How to Earn Points

  • 1 point per free member you refer — no daily limit
  • 50% of your purchase amount in points for every purchase you make:
    • Spend $10, earn 5 points
    • Spend $20, earn 10 points
    • Spend $50, earn 25 points
    • Spend $100, earn 50 points
    • And so on — any amount earns 50%
  • 100% of the purchase amount in points when a member you referred makes a purchase (plus your affiliate commission!)
  • 20 BONUS points ON TOP any time a member you referred upgrades their membership or purchases a solo ad. Stacks with the 100% above — here's what you actually earn:
    • Referral upgrades for $90 → 110 points ($90 + 20 bonus)
    • Referral buys a $20 solo ad → 40 points ($20 + 20 bonus)
    • Referral buys a $50 solo ad → 70 points ($50 + 20 bonus)
    • Referral buys a $100 solo ad → 120 points ($100 + 20 bonus)
  • 20 bonus points on any of your current members renewal payments
  • 10 bonus points when you win the daily 120K Contact Email submission drawing at HercuList Drawing

All point calculations round up to the next whole point.

Contest Rules

  • One prize per person: Members may only win one prize per contest, even if they operate multiple accounts under different usernames. Duplicate accounts will receive only the highest-ranking prize earned.
  • No self-referrals or same household
  • No automated signups
  • Tiebreaker: 24 hours added until the tie is resolved. ALL positions remain up for grabs until there are no ties in the top 15 positions.
  • IP and billing monitored for fairness

Cash Prize Qualification & Referral Quality

Cash Prize Qualification: To qualify for a cash prize (positions 1-6), you must meet at least one of the following during the contest cycle:

  • Made at least one personal purchase, OR
  • Had at least one of your referred free members make a purchase or upgrade

* Referral Quality: There is no daily limit on free member referrals, but the ratio of free members referred to those who make purchases or upgrade must be reasonable. HercuList has historically maintained a strong upgrade rate, so if a member refers a large number of free members and none of them make any purchases or upgrade during the contest, this indicates very poor referral quality. These referrals will still count toward your contest points, but may result in the affiliate being ineligible for a cash prize — even if a small personal purchase was made elsewhere. In these situations, HercuList will determine what is logical and fair to all contest participants.

Members who finish in a cash position but do not meet these standards will receive a non-cash prize instead. Non-cash prizes (positions 7-15) are open to all members regardless.

⚠️ Prohibited Activities: Members are prohibited from creating new accounts under their own names or utilizing any form of automated or paid signup methods. Any members found engaging in such activities will be disqualified from the contest. Only genuine new members will be considered valid. We monitor IP addresses to detect multiple accounts created from the same location.
